A nonrefundable $150 booking fee is charged for all clients to hold your microblading appointment. The booking fee is applied to the cost of your Microblading Service. Permanent Makeup is $50.

​Rescheduling Appointment – If you need to move your appointment date and/or time, you are free to do so as long as it is not within 48 hours of your booked appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours with a booked appointment, you will be charged $150 or 50% of the service that was booked.

Canceling Appointment – Please do not book an appointment until you have arranged your schedule/childcare accordingly. All cancellations require a 48 hour notice or $150 will be charged if you are a new client 50% of the service booked will be charged.

​No Show – If you do not show up the day of your booked appointment or you show up more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged $150 or 50% of the service that was booked if you are a new client.

​Microblading Perfection Session – Every New Client Microblading appointment comes with a complimentary 6-10 week Perfection Session appointment, which needs be booked at the time you book your initial appointment. This is VERY important and your responsibility as booking space is very limited and we want to get you on the schedule so there are no booking issues. If you cancel your Perfection Session appointment within 48 hours or less, you will forfeit your complimentary session and will be required to book a Color Pop at the price according to the time frame that you return.

Lip Blushing and Eyeliner Follow-Up Appointments – You are welcome to schedule follow-up appointments for these procedures. The cost is $200 for Lip Blushing and $150 for Permanent Eyeliner. 

​Color Pops – Maintenance appointments require 48 hour notice to cancel.

​Late Arrivals (All Appointments) – If you are not on time for your appointment it will compromise the amount of time to do your service and possibly others on the schedule that day. A 15 minute grace period is granted if you are running behind. Anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes late will have to be rescheduled. If you show up 15 minutes past your booked appointment, you will be charged $150 or 50% of the service that was booked and will have to reschedule.

​Tattoo/Previous Microblading Disclosure – If you have a traditional tattoo or previous Microblading from another artist on your eyebrows this must be disclosed via text or email with pictures before booking your appointment. Deposits are not refundable once booked. If you show up to your appointment with tattooed or previously Microbladed eyebrows and you are not a candidate you will still pay the $150 deposit. If you are coming for the first time you will be considered a new client and charged the the price of a Microblading appointment not a Color Pop. If you are unsatisfied with your color before you come the goal will be to improve the appearance, results can NOT BE GUARANTEED.


There is a NO REFUND policy for the deposit or services rendered.

No children are allowed at your appointment, there is no exception to this as Microblading Columbus is considered a tattoo service you must be 18 years of age. (Please take this into consideration when booking your appointments childcare must be arranged in advance).

​Please come alone as space is limited and it is best not have distractions during your procedure.​

Microblading Columbus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is considered not a good candidate for the procedure.

​All of the policies that are created are in the best interest of the artist and the client to ensure that every client is given the time and attention that they deserve. Microblading Columbus is not flexible with the booking policies as we love all of our clients. We treat all of them with the same respect, and our hopes are that you do the same for us.
